Wedding Receptions & Civil Partnership Celebrations
From £185

Your wedding reception should be one of the most exciting, memorable, emotional, fun and personal days of your life, and we aim to provide a bespoke service which encompasses all of these factors.

As we have many years of experience and have supplied disco's for hundreds of satisfied clients, you really can leave yourselves in our hands.

We can play special requests, make dedications and make appropriate announcements during the evening .

We want to make you feel special on your day, and so tailor the evening reception to suit your personality and style.

Requests
With the booking form we supply a music questionnaire.
We feel this makes the whole evening personal to you, and evokes memories as you hear that special song that meant something to you and your partner or family.

Approximate Timings:
(Based on a 7:30 to 12:00, midnight function)
6:00pm We arrive the at venue and advise staff of our arrival. We then start setting up unless the room has not been cleared from the wedding breakfast.
7:30pm Equipment is set up neatly and background music is played while the evening guests arrive.
8 - 8:30pm Traditional first dance for the bride and groom. The first dance is chosen by the bride and groom and will normally be the "official" start of the evening, where the music is turned up louder, everyone is welcomed to the function, and the DJ announces the newlyweds onto the dance floor.
8:30 - 9pm Upbeat music is played, dependant on your requests and wishes. A complete selection can be played, if required, as chosen by the bride and groom.
9pm DJ to announce buffet, and to play background music while people eat and relax. We have found that this is a natural break and people can eat, drink, relax and chat whilst enjoying some soothing background music.
9:30pm Disco re-starts playing a selection of classic hits, requests and party tunes.
11:45pm We slow the music down with some romantic slow songs for the end of the evening or perhaps something livelier - the choice is yours.
12 midnight DJ says goodnight and disco finishes.

This an example and any part or timing can be changed to suit you and your guests.

First dance
Some couples prefer to start the evening with a slow song while others prefer to start with a bang and a fast song.
For the first dance we suggest having the bride and groom dance on their own, enjoying the spotlight.
Immediately afterwards we play another slow song and invite the guests to join the bride and groom on the dance floor.

Below is a small list of tracks couples have recently requested for their first dance:

Optional Extras
We offer a range of extras to suit your event and your budget, these include:

Planning Meeting

A face-to-face meeting to discuss your requirements in detail.
We can meet you at your home or venue.
We'll work with you to arrange the music preferences, guests requests, structure and timings of announcements, your first dance, the send-off songs.

Early Setup
Access and space permitting, we can set up the equipment prior to your arrival so at party time we can get started without any breaks in the proceedings. This opens up possibilities for background music for arrivals, microphones for speeches etc.

LED Uplighting
LED Uplighting, also known as colour washing, can transform ceilings and walls with elegant subtle colours or striking deep colours of your choice. It can transform any venue from being dull and lifeless to vibrant and colourful.

LED Uplighters consume very little power and emit almost no heat, making them ideal for replacing the standard white halogen lights found in marquees.

All disco's and prices are subject to availability and distance.
Prices do not include New Years Eve or Bank Holidays.
Please add £10.00 if you are booking a disco for 2011.
